Brilliant Blue Corn Cakes

Enjoy these blue corn cakes as breakfast or dinner entree.

Combine:

1/2 cup blue cornmeal
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon water

Pour batter unto hot pan or griddle. Cook like pancakes.
